I need to fit 1 convertable carseat and 2 infant seats in the back seat?
I have a 2 year old who is currently in a Britax Marathon and have twins on the way in November. We have a Chevy Impala. I need to find narrow infant seats to fit in the back with my toddler. I've tried the Graco Safeseat, but it is too wide and they both won't fit. I've measured the Graco Snugride and the Baby Trend Flex-Loc and both are a few inches narrower than the Safeseat, so I'm hoping they will fit, but there's no way of knowing before buying, unless anyone has any suggestions. Help! And buying a new car is not an option right now.
I would go to the baby shop and explain the problem to the sales staff.
Ask for one of them to help you size the seats into your car so that you know which seats will fit.
They are quite used to letting you take the shelf models out to your car to check their fit so long as one of them accompanies you.
I do know the Safe n Sound/Britax 'Compaq' is made for small cars or multiples in one car, plus its a convertible rear facing from birth then forward facing to 18kg (40lbs) so you'll have them forever!

I do know that GoSafe also make a smaller/spacing saving seats, as i have one because I also have 3 car seats in the back, but I don't know if you can get them in the US.
