5'1" female 136 lbs rec'd multiple whiplash; seat/seatbelt manufacturers' demographics 5'5"-5'7" 180lbs True?

I am too small for the "seat" and "seat belt" protection to hold me down; if the manufacturers' demographics are for larger persons, I never knew; no option for harness or infant-style seat to protect me. Any info please

Not everyone is 5'5-5'7 and 180 lbs. That's a hard question about harness or seat as I am also 5ft and small. You are to be in a booster to age 7 or 8 and a certain weight. But, what does an adult do?

Dwarfs do not sit in a booster seat. And if so, what will that do. If your in an accident, your bound to still have injury.
